Enel sells Romanian operations to Greek PPC
For approximately 1,26 billion euros.

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 9 - Enel has signed an agreement with
the Greek company Public Power Corporation for the sale of all
of the Enel Group's equity stakes in Romania, Enel announced in
a statement today. The two companies entered into an agreement
to sell the Enel Group's equity stakes in Romania to PPC for a
total of approximately 1.26 billion euros, the Italian energy
company said. (ANSA).
