(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 12 MAR - "In Bosnia there is a legal vacuum
in terms of corruption prevention policies of executives:
members of the Presidency, ministers and deputy ministers and
their heads of office and advisers." The Group of States against
Corruption GRECO - the Council of Europe anti-corruption body -
said on Tuesday in its latest report on the country, in which it
also indicates that Bosnia must adopt "a system of
anti-corruption action plan, with clear objectives based on
identified risks and an external evaluation of their
achievement" for the Border Police and the State Investigation
and Protection Agency.
Strasbourg also underlined that there is a tendency in the
country not to follow up on recommendations received from the
GRECO. (ANSA).
