(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 1 - The Russian Federation recently
delivered the first nuclear warheads to Belarus, as Vladimir
Putin announced months ago, but Lukashenko's country cannot use
them because it has not received the necessary preparation,
according to Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Ukrainian military
intelligence services (GUR). (ANSA).
