(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 30 - About 52% of Italian teenagers
between 13 and 19 consider their future 'uncertain' or
'worrisome.' Covid and war are also to blame. Only 35% believe
we are coming out of the pandemic crisis, whereas 63.6% fear
future resurgences. Between 80 and 90% of young people are
concerned about the possible consequences, direct and indirect,
that may result from the Russia-Ukraine conflict; over 75% fear
a third world war or Italy's possible direct involvement. These
percentages are the outcome of the 2022 edition of the national
survey on teenagers' lifestyles in Italy, carried out by the
nonprofit association Laboratorio Adolescenza and by the IARD
research institute on a sample of 5,600 students across the
country. (ANSA).
