Slovenian President condemns fascist salutes in Trieste

Symbol of "time marked by hatred, division, violence'

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 22 - The Slovenian President Nataa Pirc Musar has condemned fascist saluting by a group of people commemorating the late right-wing journalist Almerigo Grilz in Trieste.

"The salutes seen in Trieste are a symbol of a time marked by hatred, division, and violence," she tweeted. Pirc Musar is currently on a working visit in Italy and the Vatican since Friday. (ANSA).
