Carrier Global Corp to acquire Viessmann unit

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, APR 26 - Carrier Global Corporation
announced the acquisition of German Viessmann Climate Solutions,
the largest segment of the Viessmann Group, for €12 billion in
cash and stock, subject to working capital and other
adjustments. Viessmann Climate Solutions, a privately held firm
with a 106-year record of innovation, provides Carrier with a
brand in the fastest growing area of the global heat pump and
energy transition markets, the company said. (ANSA).
