Premier Mario Draghi on Friday signed a decree listing the retail outlets that people will still be able to access as of February 1 even if they do not have the Green Pass because they are not vaccinated for COVID-19.
The list includes supermarkets, food stores, pharmacies, opticians, outlets selling products for animals and those selling fuel.
It will also be possible for people without the Green Pass to go to police stations and judicial officers to report crimes.
But post offices are not on the list.
This means that will not be possible for unvaccinated pensioners to withdraw their pensions in person from post offices.
