(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 25 - Premier Giorgia Meloni's cabinet on
Monday approved a measure that will enable small retailers to
rectify regulation breaches regarding receipts and invoices by
paying for a 'voluntary correction', sources said.
The move will prevent the closure around 50,000 small shops that
risked losing their licences, the sources said.
The procedure will regard irregularities that took place between
January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023.
The voluntary correction needs to take place by December 15,
2023. (ANSA).
