Enel has extended until Feb. 28 the
period of exclusivity for negotiations with the Greek company
Public power corporation (Ppc) in relation to the potential sale
of all the stakes held by the Enel group in Romania. This was
announced in a statement by the Italian company, in which it
specifies that the parties "will inform the market should they
enter into a binding agreement."
