Better performances expected in 2024

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 14 - The Slovenian government's
macroeconomic think tank, IMAD, has reduced the country's GDP
forecast for this year from 1.8% to 1.6% and raised the growth
projection for 2024 from 2.5% to 2.8%, according to the
Slovenian news agency STA.
"Economic growth is calming down this year, especially in the
export-oriented part of the economy. Private consumption growth
is also lower than last year, while investment in buildings and
other facilities continues to grow," the government think-tank
said. (ANSA).
