Hungary: Finest buys stake in DTI Hungary Kft's share capital
A joint venture to boost international growth

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 6 - DTI Hungary Kft., the Hungarian
production office of DTI Srl, has announced that Finest Spa has
bought a 43.6% stake in its share capital. For the transaction,
Finest, the financial company for the internationalization of
companies in the Triveneto region, made a total investment of
about 1.3 million euros, which allows DTI Hungary a capital
increase and further support in the activities included in the
2021-26 business plan. Finest announced the deal today. (ANSA).
