There have been 132,274 new cases of
COVID-19 in Italy in the last 24 hours, and 94 more victims of
the virus, the health ministry said Tuesday.
That compares to 36,282 new cases and 59 more victims Monday.
Some 464,732 more tests have been done, compared to 129,908
Monday.
The positivity rate is up from 27.9% to 28.4%.
Intensive care cases are up 20 to 323 and hospital admissions up
355 to 8,003.
The currently positive are 1,087,272, after days of rises.
The recovered and discharged are 17,682,801, up 64,828 on
Monday.
The case tally since the start of the pandemic is 18,938,771,
and the death toll 168,698.
