The latest outing in the Fast and
Furious film franchise will shoot in the streets of Turin this
week, after using Rome as a backdrop earlier this month.
The Piedmont capital will play host to the adrenaline-fuelled
thrills and spills of the vehicles in the 10th chapter of the
saga featuring Dominic Toretto & C., Fast X.
The first shoot will be on Thursday and filming is set to last
around 10 days, producers said.
The city's Crimea zone will see the first racing, which will
then move to Corso Fiume where large and menacing metallic
spheres are being put up.
Turin was the backdrop for cult 60s caper The Italian Job.
